Wednesday
Safety Notices
- For all club runs, make sure you run in groups of 3+. Ask us if you need help finding people to run with.
- For our 5k group, your run leader will be running at a minimum of 11.30 minute miling (7.1m/km). If you are faster please periodically loop back to keep in touch. If you think you will be slower, talk to the run leader about alternative arrangements.

Monday
– 6:10 for 6:15pm: Enjoy a relaxed run with friends at the Racecourse.
Tuesday
– 6pm and 6:45pm Gym at the Uni: Join us for a workout session!
Wednesday
Club Night at the Uni
– Warm-up: 6:55 pm

– NN4 9EH. Coffee and cake afterwards.
Friday
– 5:50pm for 6pm start: Pub Run. Route to follow.

– Keep an eye on the Weekend Runs WhatsApp group for people’s long run plans

June 2026
Ultra Trail Morzine-Avoriaz 18-21st June. A few of the NRR crew are planning another trip to Morzine to take part in the Ultra again. With stunning views over the High Alp, amazing support and the beautiful Alpine nature, as well as lake swimming and sampling the beverage and culinary delights of the Haute Savoire region. Even if you don’t fancy the event and just want to come and support, there are plenty of other activities to do in Morzine. There are 4 races over the weekend:
50k/100k Saturday/14k Sunday

Colworth Marathon Challenge 26th-28th June. A unique running event set in the beautiful Colworth Estate, North Bedfordshire, UK. Enter 1, 2 or all 3 races that combine to make 26.2 miles, over 3 days.

July 2026
Saturday 11th July- Bury Field Club Day. A group of NRR will be heading to Bury Field parkrun with the club flag and colours to celebrate all things running, jogging and walking. Will stay for coffee or picnic afterwards, weather depending.
August 2026
Parkrun ‘Z’ trip Saturday 8th August
Kelvin is planning a trip to Zuiderpark parkrun in The Hague, Netherlands. Join the Parkrun group if you’d like to talk logistics and travel dates.
September 2026
Marathon du Médoc- Saturday 5th Sept. The slowest marathon you’ll ever run — over 20 wine and food stops through French vineyards. Fancy dress is a must, with a different theme each year-the chosen theme for 2026 is the 1980s!
This event is now sold out but register for the waiting list if you missed the chance.
Bushy parkrun trip – Saturday 19th September. A club outing is being planned – please speak to Lily Hemmens or join the parkrun WhatsApp group if you have any questions about travel logistics.
October 2026
Snowdon marathon – 24th Oct. The chaos has started. If you are running, spectating, or just thinking of running or spectating, or mildly interested in spectating or running. Join the WhatsApp group where people will be discussing spectating or running.
November 2026
Benidorm Half Marathon and 10k – 21st Nov. Come and join the already big group getting a few days away from the cold of Northampton and running this event. Join the WhatsApp group and find out more.
