All events need planning – We have to consider everything from safety, cost and logistics when putting on events. So to help us out we have given you some questions to answer in the form below. Dont worry – Its not a business plan – just general information to help us understand what is being suggested.

We usually review ideas 4 times a year and take into consideration the clubs priorities. Once done, a committee member will get back to you to let you know how NRR wishes to respond.

Please note.

• NRR events should be open to every member to attend.
• To use the NRR name for an event, or if you want NRR to spend money on your event, the idea must be approved by the committee before the event is announced.
• Just organising an informal run between NRR members is not something that needs to be reviewed here.
• As a general rule we avoid organising events on Wednesdays. Unless its a whole club event like summer bbq or track session.
