Training Routes

NRR Run every Wednesday and Friday using the following routes.

Here is a sample of the training runs we do on Fridays and Wednesdays. Some routes are seasonal.

In addition to the routes below we have a 5k route every wednesday. We also have a couple of short routes which people use for recovery runs.
