Exit campus at public footpath towards Delapre park At Ransome Road, Left to Delapre lake, then right up to Golf complex / Eagle drive ahead under A45 thru subway Uphill past bike park to Hardingstone, take RH fork towards Back Lane LEFT High Street, RIGHT The Green, LEFT Heritage Frm Close RIGHT past barn up hill then LEFT into Pocket Park (5.3 mile only from here) Do an anticlockwise lap of the pocket park but then exit RIGHT onto Houghton hill path then RIGHT behind Screwfix LEFT as Caswell Road Right cycleparth on Caswell rd towards A45 junction At A45 junction, LEFT under subways / footbridge. Carefully cross Eagle Drive then RIGHT down hotel access Rd to Delapre lake Turn RIGHT, lap of the lake (keep lake on left) to Ransome rd, then RIGHT to UON, LEFT on trail behind Engine shed Do a half lap of the Trim Trail if you want at this point |

(Same as 5.3 mile to here) Pocket pk continue on tarmac until second zig zag path, bear RIGHT on path into woods, then thru to gate and across Landimore Rd. Thru gate LEFT into woods and RIGHT up hill across the meadow. LEFT thru woods at top on wide grassy path Follow until bottom of hill then RIGHT RIGHT at boggy / grassy triangles, then up hill following path. After scissor gate, bear ahead toward mobile mast over low board gate. Follow the obvious path thru woods until tarmac path in park In park RIGHT on grass path into field and LEFT around outside to fence. Follow field edge AHEAD then LEFT/RIGHT onto a track that becomes Glebe Lane LEFT Gt. H’ghton High Strt to A428 RIGHT towards Lt Houghton 100m, CAREFULLY cross over A428 to footpath and thru field to bridge diagonal to stile in far corner. TAKE CARE OF GRAZING CATTLE. Thru gate up grass bank and LEFT along Washlands. LEFT over bridge onto track to Bedford Road / canoe club Cross Weir and thru White water course to follow River to Skate Park / the Ark. Continue on river to Nunn Mills Road and Left in to Uni. |

Back of houses over stiles / KG LEFT down sheep field towards river (do not go into Village) bottom of field thru KG LEFT on track to Washlands and a half lap of lake(clockwise) LEFT over bridge onto track to Bedford Road / canoe club Cross Weir and thru White water course to follow River to Skate Park / the Ark. Continue on river to Nunn Mills Road and Left in to Uni. |
