Jocelyn's Triathlon
Jocelyn did a Sprint triathlon run by my company in St. Albans and finished 3rd Lady overall and 1st Lady over 50. Her time was 1.23.10 and she didn't get lost out on the bike this time! Admittedly not a big event but nevertheless still a challenge.
