NRR Wins and PBs at Cransley
Another fantastic day for NRR at the annual Cransley event on Sunday 20th September with wins for Dave Green and Sarah Foxton-Davies and a collective third place in the overall team event.
Unusually this year, more of our members opted for the 10K with Jon Dilworth being the lone entrant at the half distance, finishing in a great time of 1:54:29 on the tough hilly course.
At the 10K distance, there were some fantastic performances from all of our runners. Aside from Dave and Sarah's victories, Jo Windrum ran a storming 42:23 and Gavin Harris Grabbed another PB in 45:33. Mark Nichols showed good signs of his Great North recovery with a 45:58 finish and Tom and Mary returned from the North East with 48:57 and 53:05 respectively. Andy PATE (58:19) and Deborah TAME (59:14) completed a fantastic line up at this wonderful, local event. A huge well done to Deborah in her first event in NRR colours too.
