Cransley 10K and Half Marathon
Wins for Dave and Hayley at the half marathon distance and PBs for Liz and Alan at 10K
The Cransley races usually bring a good turn out from NRR and this year was no exception. A local event with a route around lovely countryside near Kettering provides a challenging, undulating 10K and half marathon.
At the half distance, Dave Green was first home overall and Hayley Munn was first lady and 3rd place overall. Great runs also for Mark Garrett, Penny Andrews, Mark Nicohlls, Darren Byfield and Jon Dilworth.
The 10K route still has its fair share of ups and downs but with the same fast last kilometre, there is the chance of a PB. Liz Dabell ticked off another PB but Alan Hall was star of the day with his second personal best in two days following Northampton Parkrun.
