More Trophies AT The Corby 5
What an amazing evening for NRR at the Corby 5! Despite a dull, dreary June evening, the 26 members running put on a performance to be proud of.
Firstly there were some amazing individual results with Dave Green finishing second overall, Tony Letts 2nd M45, Hayley Munn 1st lady and Sarah Davis 1st F45.
Wendy Parker was not only 2nd F50 but recorded her second PB in consecutive 5 mile races. Liz Dabell and Tony Fitzsimons also bagged PBs too.
To the team events and the ladies cleared up the prizes, finishing first in both senior and vet categories and the men were a respectable 4th too.
Next week's event is at Banbury, number five of the EMGP which will see some individuals complete enough races to begin scoring in the overall series.
