Sports review of 2015/16
Marathon Report
A huge thank you to Sharky and John Eales who completed an inspirational Q&A on their marathon adventures over the past few years. Sarky has completed 47 marathons to date and John shared stories of the 7 in 7 challenge. They talked of great support from NRR on the courses and the buzz of supporting each other whilst taking in some beautiful events, Snowden being a favourite.

Mark G gave us a brilliant summary of our remarkable Three Counties Cross Country this season, with a record turnout at the XC and our highest ever finish in the league.
Plus there was the huge success of the second Obelisk Obble which will be repeated in the future.

Thanks to Matt Brand, Beckie Hollowell and Jon Panter for a fantastic insight to running an ultra. The key message surrounded the amazing support from NRR members who turned out to feed them, cheer them on and even wake them up. Never ever give up and prove to yourself you can do it!
