Run At Stanwick Lakes
Illy raced his way to victory at Stanwick Lakes on a wet Sunday morning, grabbing a PB in the process. It was a close fought race but a strong finish secured him first spot.
Mark Kennedy and Karen Shakespeare also completed the half and Steve Heighway the 10K.
The event was well organised around the pathways of the lake. Plenty of muddy puddles, friendly marshals and cheering dog walkers.
The next installment is on 11th June and is highly recommended.
