New Years Day Run 2016 at Brixworth Country Park
Every year we welcome in the new year with a run around pitsford
We had plenty of runners turn up for the 2016 new years day run at Brixworth Country Park on the edge of Pitsford Reservoir.
Everyone had an easy run around the lake, some cycled and some walked. Great to see family members. Lots of plans for challenges for 2016 were hatched. It was a bit of a chilly day but nice and dry unlike previous years.
After the run we all moved inside into the warm and enjoyed a buffet with tea and coffee. A great time to catch up with NRR friends.
The question is how many of us walked away thinking "how did i agree to run that?"
